We love to stay at Embassy Suites when we can and this isn't the nicest one we've stayed at. I agree with the others that it is an older building, but didn't notice mold in our room likw many reported - there was missing grout around the shower, but it was clean from what I can tell. One of the major draws for us is their made to order omelets for breakfast - found it odd that they were served in paper plates, which isn't what we're used to, but still delicious. Not as much fresh fruit selection, yogurt bar, and waffle stations were empty. We did stay on Monday and Tuesday and they werent very busy, so maybe that's why?
I went there for a school trip from high school and it wasn't bad. It was nearby everything and I enjoyed the rooms even though I couldn't open the windows. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose. I would definitely stay in this hotel if I wanted to go to Flagstaff again. I tried to take as many pictures as I can but almost all of them came out blurry.
The front desk vraj was courteous and handled check-in and check-out in a timely manner. They answered my questions and helped with a few small requests. Overall, the service was consistent and made the stay comfortable. Great for family or even solo vacations, I would recommend.
Stayed at all the Hilton's in Flagstaff. This one is great. Layout of the room was really nice, our favorite in Flagstaff, and location of the hotel is very central to town, walking distance to some places. Only downside was it needs some renovation. The carpet was very dirty in our room, when our kid walked on the carpet in the room, her white socks turned black. Other than that it was great.
Stayed in February and because of "cold weather" there was only heat and no a/c unable to control it in the room. It was 65-70 degrees outside and the room was unbearable hot. Had to turn off the air and keep the windows open the entire stay, the noise from the road with the windows open made it difficult to sleep. Everything else was fine.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the stay feel warm and personal during the holiday season. I really enjoyed the evening happy hour — such a great touch — and the complimentary breakfast in the morning was amazing. It’s rare to find a hotel breakfast that feels this fresh and generous. The whole stay was comfortable, relaxing, and exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Flagstaff. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service, great amenities, and a genuinely pleasant hotel experience.
I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites and had an amazing experience. The hotel was clean, I especially want to highlight the outstanding service from Vraj, the night auditor. He was incredibly helpful, attentive and the accommodations were comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this Embassy Suites location. I’ll definitely be returning!
Rented a suite for 2 days to attend an event in NAU. This place is very close to the university field house. It is a decent hotel, and staff is courteous and polite. I could check in online and was able to get a digital key without having to stop by the front desk.
